The New York Cares Brand Assets Guide is the style guide for the organization and is now a part of the on-boarding resources new staff receives in their first week. Teaching new staff members about brand voice and standard writing is an important step to set the new hires up for success from day one. The document encompasses both the visual style guide, as well as brand voice and a section of standard organizational instructions.
Seeing a need at the organization, Eivor spearheaded the initiative of creating the Brand Assets Guide. She collaborated interdepartmentally to ensure accuracy when combining and choosing which content got included.
