The annual Winter Benefit is New York Cares’ biggest fundraising event of the year, accounting for more than half of the organization’s annual budget. The 2017 event brought in $1,480,000 and was part of wrapping up the organizations’ 30th Anniversary campaign. For this, the Communications team created a timeline graphic highlighting all the big achievements the organization has celebrated since 1987. For the 2017 event, well over 500 guests attended exceeding the previous year’s attendance.
Eivor was in charge of all visual decisions for the campaign. Before the big night, she designed event branding and created promotional materials including podium signage, invitations, reply cards, and table cards, along with email and social media content. For the event space, Eivor created decorations, signage, and graphics for a highly-trafficked mobile-friendly auction website.
